Ankle Sprain

An ankle sprain is an injury to the ligaments that support the ankle, often caused by a sudden twist or roll. This can lead to pain, swelling, and difficulty walking.

Achilles Tendonitis

Achilles tendonitis is an overuse injury of the Achilles tendon, the band of tissue that connects calf muscles at the back of the lower leg to your heel bone. It can cause pain and stiffness along the back of the leg near the heel.

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue running across the bottom of your foot and connecting your heel bone to your toes. It's one of the most common causes of heel pain, often felt after long periods of standing or when first standing in the morning and is often worse with walking.
